The Heartland Soccer League (HSA) schedules games for every SBV team from 3rd grade (U8) up. SBV registers all its teams with the league for fall and spring: team admins and coaches don't register players, print player cards or rosters, or go to seeding meetings.
What you do: enter your conflict dates
- Get your conflict dates from your coach, including the dates of every tournament you'll play. Conflict dates must be a priority!
- Sign in at registration.heartlandsoccer.net and follow the prompts (HSA calls this team registration).
- Enter your team name the club's way: SPORTING BV Team Name YY/YY, the last two digits of the birth years. For example: SPORTING BV Argentina 07/08.
- Do it before the deadline: noon June 24 for the fall, noon January 4 for the spring. Miss it, and you're not guaranteed the bye weekends you may need for tournaments.
The season
- Fall schedules post on heartlandsoccer.net after 5:00pm on July 30; the spring schedule comes about February 17. Send it to your team and try to resolve any conflicts.
- The home team is listed first on the schedule: home is white, away is navy. See what to wear.
- Line-up cards are in your Heartland packet: fill one out before each league game.
Reschedules and weather
- Reschedules go through Heartland's website under its reschedule policy. They must be in at least 10 days before the original game date, no exceptions, and the team asking pays a $50 fee.
