What the Suite keeps
- What you type into its forms: for example a parent's name and email on the program quiz, a question for a director, a field status sign-up, or a request to the club office.
- A mobile number, only if you sign up for texts, with the words you agreed to and when.
- What the club needs to run its programs and teams: registrations the club keeps in Sprocket, the teams, coaches and staff, and what staff save in their tools.
- Counts of page visits, with no names, no IP addresses and nothing that says who visited.
What it's used for
- Running the club's programs, teams, fields and schedules.
- Sending the emails and texts you asked for, and the club's messages to its staff.
- Answering your questions and requests.
The club never sells your information.
Who else handles it
Only the club's staff who need it for their job, and the companies that run the Suite for the club, each only to do that job:
- Vercel (the website), Supabase (the database), Resend (email) and Twilio (texts).
- Anthropic (Claude), for some staff tools that read the club's own files and lists.
Text messages
The club's texting promise.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This covers Sporting Blue Valley texts, the text messages from Blue Valley Soccer Club, Inc., doing business as Sporting Blue Valley and Sporting Blue Valley Soccer Club.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number is only used for the texts you signed up for. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. The Terms & Conditions say what the club texts, how often and how to stop.
Your choices
- Every email from the field status has Stop these emails, and every text can be stopped by replying STOP.
- To see, change or delete what the club keeps about you, text SBV Support at (816) 769-7183.
- The Suite is for parents, coaches and the club's staff. Players' details come from their families' registrations with the club, not from children.
