Terms of Use

• The SBV Suite and the SBV app are run for Sporting Blue Valley, the club.
• The SBV app is built and published by Tigerlily Research LLC for Sporting Blue Valley.
• Using the SBV Suite or the SBV app means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

• The club's staff, coaches and team admins sign in with the email the club has for them and a PIN they set themselves.
• Keep your PIN to yourself. If you think someone else knows it, set a new one: sign in, type your email and press Email me a link.
• The club decides who has a sign-in and what each person can open, and can switch a sign-in off.

• Use the SBV Suite and the SBV app for club business: your teams, programs, schedules and the work you do for the club.
• Don't try to open what isn't yours, or get around how the Suite works.
• Staff chat messages are kept 90 days, then deleted for good.

Everyone in the staff chat says I agree to these once, before their first message:

1. No harassment, hate, sexual content or threats.
2. No children's private details beyond what the job needs.
3. Reports are acted on within 24 hours.
4. The club can remove messages and people.
5. Club admins can read all chats.

To report a message, tap it and pick Report. To report or block a person, tap their name. Blocking someone hides what they write from you and stops them messaging you; unblock any time from their name.

Some staff tools can send pages or lists to Anthropic's Claude, an AI service, to read them or to answer a question. Before anything goes, the Suite shows what will be sent and asks you to Allow it, once for your account, on the website and in the SBV app. Not now sends nothing.

• To delete your account: in the SBV app, More → Delete my account, or go to sbvsuite.com/delete-account.
• Your sign-in stops at once, and the club office finishes within 7 days and emails you when it's done.
• Records the club must keep (pay, invoices, contracts and team ledgers) are kept.

When these terms change, the new words go here with the date at the top.
