First touch and passing rhythm

What this week is about
This week is about the first touch and the rhythm of passing: a good first touch moves the ball out of your feet, so the next pass is quick and easy. The practice goes from passing on the move to receiving with a defender closing in and a rondo (keep-away in a square), and ends in a game where five passes in a row make a goal count double.
The board has this week's full plan. Change any step by dragging something else onto it.
