What this week is about
This week is all about the ball and your feet: lots of touches with both feet, keeping the ball close and changing speed. The practice starts with every player on a ball, adds defenders a step at a time, and ends with a game where beating a player earns a point.
The board has this week's full plan. Change any step by dragging something else onto it.
