Ball control and change of direction

Ball controlChange of direction

What this week is about

The first week of practice is focused on keeping the ball under control and changing direction. The warm-up game is meant to be a fun and engaging way to get the players started as soon as they arrive at practice. In the second activity you'll work on dribbling and changing direction. The 'Tag' game will allow you to continue working on the COD moves. As with every practice you should end with a game. This 4 v 4 game will give the players the opportunity to use the skills you've worked on during the practice in a game environment.

The board has this week's full plan. Change any step by dragging something else onto it.
