Keeping the ball under control

Ball controlDribbling

What this week is about

The first week of practice is focused on teaching the players to keep the ball under control with their feet. The warm-up game is meant to be a fun and engaging way to get the players started as soon as they arrive at practice. In the second activity you'll teach your players to control the ball and move it at their feet. The 'Body Part' game will allow you to continue working on control by treating it as a game. As with every practice you should end with a game. This 3 v 3 game will give the players the opportunity to use the dribbling skills you've worked on during the practice in a game environment.

The board has this week's full plan. Change any step by dragging something else onto it.
